Ingredients
12 ounces (4 – 5) Carrots
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil
Peel carrots and cut into 1⁄2 inch diagonal slices.
Combine carrots, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a covered bowl. Shake to incorporate.
Air Fryer – Using the air crisp setting and air crisp tray, cook for 15 minutes at 390 degrees.
Oven – Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spread carrots on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
If your recipe can stand a bit of sweet, drizzle with honey in the last two minutes of baking. Oh Yummm!!
