Ingredients
10 ounces of Ground Pork
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 TBSP Ponzu
Ginger
1⁄4 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 TBSP Sesame Seeds
1 Scallion
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Wash and dry produce.
Trim and thinly slice the scallions, separating greens from whites. Finely chop garlic and ginger. I use a grating tool for both.
In a bowl, combine the pork, ponzu, scallion whites, garlic, chopped ginger, panko crumbs, 1 TBSP Ketchup, 1⁄2 tsp salt, and a pinch of pepper. Knead and fold to incorporate all ingredients—form into 1-inch tall loaves.
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, 3 TBSP ketchup, and 1 TBSP brown sugar stir well.
Place meatloaves on a small cookie sheet and brush the tops with the soy glaze. Sprinkle with sesame seed and bake for 20 minutes until meat registers 160 degrees with a meat thermometer.
When serving, sprinkle scallion greens and extra sesame seeds.
