Ingredients
1 large bunch fresh broccoli
Cut the fresh broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Place in a covered bowl and generously drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cover an shake until well incorporated. Sprinkle sesame seeds on broccoli before baking or air frying.
Air Fryer – Air Fry at 400 for 9 – 10 minutes.
Oven – Recommended for more than 2 servings Bake for 15 – minutes.
The broccoli should be brown and tender.
